Residential Housing

We have answered the RFP’s request for mixed-income housing by planning a 40 unit, 5-level structure to be located above the museum. These units will mesh seamlessly with the glass design of the MBTE, and the height of this complex will succeed in beginning to restore the appearance of grandeur in the South Shore architectural landscape, making the 79th and Exchange Street corridor considerably more appealing to potential businesses.

This apartment complex will include a 24-hour fitness center reserved for residents, as well as two gorgeous rooftop terraces with adjoining kitchen and lounge areas that tenants can inexpensively rent for events.

The complex will reserve 20% of its units for affordable housing, as well as another 20% for our Entrepreneurs-in-Residence program, including studios, 1 bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms, thereby creating a range of housing price points to attract a variety of tenants.
