The digital media studios will add to the fabric of South Shore by fostering the existing artistic culture of the community. This 5,000 square ft space will include a sound stage used for film making and television production, paired with over $100,000 worth of cutting edge equipment available to be rented to our members. There will also be a podcast studio for those interested in radio and audio projects, and a recording studio for our community’s many aspiring musical artists. From there, our members can bring their content to our digital media lab where they can edit their projects with the most up to date software available. Many people have the passion and talent to thrive in these industries but lack the access to reach that next level. This studio will dismantle those financial barriers, allowing our members to explore new hobbies or seriously pursue their artistic dreams.
