Urban Array is a social venture and techno-economic movement leveraging technology and social networks to empower people. We are building a global "Restorative Investment" platform to support BIPOC entrepreneurs in distressed economies.
We use blockchain to power a decentralized circular economy — putting resources directly into the hands of the communities that need them most.
We focus on areas of agreement, action over debate. This is a revolution of minds and habits — founded by Marquis Davis with the belief that communities hold the power to transform themselves.

Two vehicles designed to channel capital where it matters most.
Restorative Investment Fund (RIF)
A community loan fund designed to direct capital into divested communities. The RIF provides accessible financing to entrepreneurs and projects in neighborhoods that traditional lenders have overlooked.
UA Opportunity Fund (UAOF)
A for-profit limited partnership investing in Chicago Opportunity Zones with a 7–10 year lockup period. The fund operates on a 2-and-20 fee structure, with all management fees donated back to the Urban Array Foundation.
All fees flow back to the Foundation to maximize community impact.
